system call level not correct

Question

everytime it try a mail merge I get this error message "system call level not correct". I'm using Microsoft Word 2007.  I have done mail merges in the past so this is something new.  Can you give me a fix? John Aiello

Haven't come across that but I goggled it and came across this:

See the instructions from another user who opened a case with Salesforce and let us know if it fixes the issue.
