how can I create a report with all the opportunity changes since eg last week. So not only from stage to stage but also what happened with the contract date. I can create a report Last modified within a period but that doesn't give me this details.
I really need this for good pipeline management.

Hi Roel,
Tracking Field History for the whole organsation, but only admin can enable / modify it.
Modifying any of these fields adds a new entry to the History related list. All entries include the date, time, nature of the change, and who made the change. History data does not count against your organization’s storage limit. Note that not all field types are available for history tracking.
