Why can I only see the first few items in reminders and can't scroll down?

Why can I only see the first few items in reminders and can't scroll down to view all reminders?

    I have the same problem,

     

    My workround to dismiss completed tasks is:

     

    Tick any item/s you have completed

     

    press and hold SHIFT then press "D" (for dismiss)

     

    then press ENTER / RETURN to dismiss the item.

     

    This may help your workflow until someone resolves this issue.
