- Lead - "Referred by" box
- Contact - "Referral Partner Number"
- Contact - Automaticly updating numeric field increasing by 1 each time a lead referred by this contact is converted into an Account.
How can I make this?
Also, is there a way to have a tabbed window which shows the referral activity, current number of partners, current number of accounts from referals, or anything of that nature?

Sounds good. So all you'll need would be:
"Referred by Contact Name" field on your Lead page layout, which would be that Contact Look-up field (so it will allow you to look up an actual Contact record in the system to select).
And...
Your "# of referred Leads converted to Accounts" field on your Contact page layout that will auto increment - the auto-increment would need to be taken care of by a trigger.
