Can I Enable Spell Checking on A Rich text box?

We have created a Trip Report Object with 2 Rich Text Boxes.  Is there a way to enable spell checking for those boxes?

    I'm on the latest versions of FireFox/Chrome/IE/Safari and spelling is never enabled for rich textboxes (including this one!) 

     

    Is there a trick to it?
