I'm new to Salesforce and I'm looking to use or build an app that tracks interactions with clients and leads. This will let me make sure that I touch base with and schedule meetings with clients and leads at certain intervals. Also, as I add other apps like Service requests and Project Management, I'd like the app that tracks interactions to incorporate those activities as an interaction. Is there an app like this already? If not, I've built similar workflows in Sharepoint and Podio, and I'd be happy to build one here. Could I use the bult in Workflows or do I need to use Apex Triggers to accomplish this? (Or is there another option? Again, I'm new.)
