how do you collect data from questions

My company has 25 field sales representatives that represent 8 clients where on each visit into a store in their territory they are responsible for collecting data on each visit.  Now this data will be in the form of multiple questions where they need to select a YES or NO or free write a response to the question.  On these visits they also might take photos that are assoicated with the questions they are answering and they also might take an order associated with that client.

 

What we current do is run a report that shows all the clients and under that client it will show all the stores that our reps have been in and the responses to the questions.

 

We are in the process of getting our corporate sales guys up and running on salesforce and i'm now in the process of trying to see how we can get our field sales into salesforce. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions for me???

    Agreed with James.

     

    We are not sure what kind of questions of data your sales rep trying to capture, but for survey, there are few apps out there in appexchange.

     

    if not, you can just create a custom object and fields for each question.
