How to write a trigger for updating the leadowner based on the existing account id

How to write a trigger for assign lead owner with account Id(If the new lead link to the existing account)

    Why have you added an Account lookup to Leads?  That just makes them into Contacts.  You should convert the Lead to a Contact.
