send case close notification to the external email sddress

Hi .

if any external persons who replies to an email which is case closed need to receive case already closed notification.

Please help me to do this.

What do you mean by 'external person' -- the Contact on the Case or just some random email address that has 'replied' to an email that contains a Case ThreadId?
