I want to force a tracking number if the ops status is Ship:Completed and the Tracking ISBLANK and the Products family is Elemental Live OR Elemental Server. The way I wrote it its requiring a tracking number even for line items not in those families. I have tried moving things around and still cannot get it to work. Any input would be appreciated.
AND (
ISPICKVAL (Ops_Status_del__c ,"Ship: Completed"),
ISBLANK( Tracking_Number__c ),
ISPICKVAL( Product2.Family , "Elemental Live"),
OR (
ISPICKVAL(Product2.Family, "Elemental Server"))
I even tried the OR after the AND, but that did not work or make sense for order of operations.
