Boht layouts have these 2 fields
Approved Accounting Terms
Credit Application on File
Our Controller updated the above fields on an Account. She is a System Admin and the Default layout is "Account Layout Finance" page.
Our accounts receivable person goes to the account where she reviews this data and the fields show empty. Her default layout is also "Account Layout Finance"
I have checked every security setting I can find and they all are set correctly. At the page level, the field level, etc...
Does anyone have an idea why she would not be able to see the data in those fields?

the only other thing I can think of is Permission Sets. Not sure you if you looked there or not but it's worth a shot.
