why do some of my custom objects not appear in the import wizard list?

I want to use the import wizard to import some new custom object records.  For some reason one of my custom objects does not appear on the import wizard list.....I dont want to use the Data Loader because of complexities around one of the date fields....how can I get that custom object to show on the wizard?

    Hi,

     

    Without knowing more, I can't be sure. However, I found recently that the Import Wizard will not load junction objects.  This was on Ultimate Edition.
