I'm using the Process Builder for the first time and trying to replicate an existing WF Rule. We want to fire an email alert if the 'Credit Approval Date' field is NOT blank.
I tried this, however the system wouldn't allow me to save without a date in the value field:
*Field: Credit Approval Date
*Operator: Does not equal
*Value:
So...I tried this:
*Field: Credit Approval Date
*Operator: Is Null
*Value: "False"
I thought this would have worked, however, after I hit "Save" the system is automatically chaning the value to "True".
Is this a known issue or should I be using a different Operator?
Please help!
Thanks!

I'm a little late to this one, but just wanted to ensure you had since all seen this known issue about this behaviour: https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p300000008Y9mAAE
And I believe the (Safe Harbor) plan is to remove 'was set' altogether.
