How to run a full list of fields in our Salesforce?

I'm new to my organization and to salesforce. I would like to run a full list of fields from our system to help familiarize myself with the data.

 

Is there an easy way to do this?

    There is no report for this available out of the box.  You could create a report and select all of the fields, but this will only give you the data that's in the fields.  

     

    One thing that I did when I first started is go through each object and view the field lists to get familiar with the datatypes ->
