How to send an email to campaign members when there is a change on the campaign?

I need to send an email to campaign members when a campaign is updated and matches certain criteria. This can be done with a trigger that updates all members and with a workflow taking over at that point, but doing it without the need for a trigger would be better.

    Who are you? What is this 'boomi' you speak about?

     

    Honestly, I don't know what takes more time to implement (very simple trigger), and they both have pros and cons.
