I have a forumla set up to add "OVERDUE" to a column in the leads list if the Lead has been in a status for a certain amount of time. I would also like to change the background color of the rows that contain the "OVERDUE" text or even just change the custom fields background color itself, is this possible?

    It is posible in visual force page but not in standard UI.

     

    You can consider to use formula with Image to animate particular record.
