Alert settings for cases used to be in the preferences tab, but they are gone now. How do we setup email/chat/phone/epage alerts for cases in our required work queue now that those preferences are gone?

    Sorry, I am not familiar with casemon.  If its a managed package from the AppExchange, maybe they can help. If its a custom solution, you'll need to work with the folks who built it -- or if they aren't available, another SFDC Developer.
