Need help! how do I capture Prior Owner on change of account ownership

Hello, I used PB to update previous account owner.

 

Previous account owner field is lookup field.

 

Any time account owner is changed I want to capture that in "Previous account owner " look up field. PB is not working.

 

Need help! how do I capture Prior Owner on change of account ownership
