Do the start and end dates of a campaign impact the tracked statistics?

Does a campaign really end on the end date -- so then new responses, opportunities and closed won $ amounts are no longer tracked?

 

Also, If my campaign starts on Jan 15th, does that mean that if a member had an Opportunity created on 1/14 it will NOT count toward my results?

    No, that doesn't affect the metrics, it's only for your own usage to see when a campaign ended.
