Send Mass Email To Reports

I have compiled a group of Accounts and Contacts into a report. I was wondering if I can send a email to all them at once.

    Yes. The easiest way is to "add them to a campaign" from report and then send "Mass Mail" from Contacts Tab. The Mass Mail sending limits will apply depending on your edition.
