I've enable Permission Set "Standard Einstein Acitivty Capture"
Set up users The Einstein Activity Capture Setting "Configurations"
Activities are being recorded, but no one can see each others activities.
Everyone must click on "Ask to Share", then for all activities.
This sends an email to the team member who created the activity. They follow the link to update and allow sharing. When they do they the settings are already set to ALL.
What am i missing so we can see ALL activities from other users?

As per the description, I understand that the sharing settings are not working properly in EAC. could you please check the Einstein Activity capture settings
Follow the below steps to fix the issue:
Click on setup | enter Einstein Activity capture settings | click on capture settings section | Default Activity Sharing for New Users - click on edit default | choose the right sharing settings
- Also, there would be personal sharing settings in the user level and could you check that setting as well
Click on profile icon| click on settings | enter Einstein Activity capture settings | In the section Sharing Settings for All Emails and Events | choose the related sharing setting.
