Add an Events Tab in Lightning

Hello, we've just moved to Lightning and I was wondering if it is possible to add a tab to see and manage Events exactly like for Tasks. If I see the list of available tabs I cannot find an Events one. The calendar tab is the only way to see, manage and list Events?

In the Calendar tab, you can switch your view to 'Table' and this essentially makes it an Events tab.

You can then play around with list views as usual and also use them in the Lightning App Builder if you select 'Event' as your object.
