This is very off-topic, but bear in mind that the standard web-to-lead form exposes your Org ID publically (as you have seen) and this could potentially bring a world of pain - if someone less than friendly got hold of it they could theoretically pump spam leads into your org all day long forever and there would be nothing you could do about it, even if you took the form offline.
So, just bear that in mind and if it's at all feasible, you may want to explore doing some server-side logic to pass in the Org ID behind the scenes.
