I am not quite getting that!!! We are ‘sort of’ at the novice level. We are trying to manage leads lists/campaigns through lightning because we haven’t jumped on board with Pardot yet. It’s pretty simple. We want each individual lead to keep ALL the activity/events logged. BUT, we want to be able to ‘add’ that activity ONCE …..Example, we sent out a mailer (yes, snail mail) to a specific list, so we want that activity to be logged on each lead, but only want to log it once (to all in that lead list). But when looking at an individual lead, we want to see ALL the activities ….does that make sense?
