Just a week or so ago, my Saleforce home page changed and the sidebar search feature went away and it now appears I must search from the top section of the page. That is fine, however, it appears that I lost some functionality because before I was able to type in two or more characters, which could be a partial account name or contact name and all potential names would appear for me to select from. Now, I get an message stating that the name can't be found. If I type the entire name however, the name I am searching for appears. For example, I want to find John Smith. I type s"m" and no potential names come up. If I type "smith", John Smith does appear. I liked it better prior. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to adjust the settings?
