I'm trying to get started with force.com. I viewed the training on NonProfit Starter Pack, and thought I'd work the program along with the training. But there is no Nonprofit CRM option in the actual product pulldown, and the header is different. I see the site I logged into says "12" next to the salesforce cloud, but not in the training video.
I did a search and found nothing for "nonprofit starter pack". Have others found "search" to be generally worthless?
Is that an obsolete feature? Or is it called something else not reflected in obsolete trainng?

When you sign up for the Salesforce donation from the SF foundation, you get the choice to receive a version with the NPSP installed.
