Hi all,
Looking to understand what everyone thinks is the best way to edit an account field within an opportunity page layout. I understand I can embed a VF page in the page layout, but as i am going across objects if this still possible?
Any ideas will be greatly recieved!

Depending on exactly what you are looking to do you might be able to accomplish this using a Cross-Object field update.
You would need to create a field on the Opportunity (of the same type that you want to update on the account). Then, whenever a value is put into the field on opportunity the Cross-Object field update would update the field on the account.
