1. login in our website;
2. on our website, review their contact infomation, make change of it, submit it to salesforce contact(they wont notice)
3. on our website, make donation, review donation record on our website, the donation record also go into salesforce(users wont notice)
I look up and find some payment apps in AppExchange and they could let me integrate their payment processing Script block in our website's HTML file. This might meet one of our needs.
But how could user create/view/change their contact infomation and review donation record on our website which the data is supposed to stored in yoursalesforce CRM? Is it that I need to also find some apps? or wh
We just started and find hard to find directly related help material in the Help&trianing section. We really appreciate any of your help!

Hi Anthony,
You will need a portal (or some type of an authenticated) to do that. You can either use the salesforce customer portal (there will be a fee for every user=donor) or build a portal with Joomla and integrate it with Salesforce.
We have done many project with Salesforce portals and I would be more than happy to give you a demo of our solutions.
