We use person accounts (we're a recruitment agency), and would like to be able to create a button that links to an external site (http://www.ahpra.gov.au/Registration/Registers%20of%20Practitioners.aspx), and pre-fill the fields Family Name and Given Name, and select the 'Search' button, to bring up results.
Is this possible?

Let me ask you this. When the user clicks Search on the external site, are you able to see the URL that the site goes to? If it looks something like /blah/blah/Results.aspx?familyName=something&givenname=somethingElse etc, you *MAY* be able to send your users directly from Salesforce to the search results page by mimicking the resulting URL.
