Log a Call Button

Is there anyway we can change the name of the Log a Call button (it isn't in the labels section of setup)? It seems counter intuitive. We are logging meetings not calls. My users are getting confused between a task, event and logging a "call".

 

Maybe I could use some better training on this as well. Any suggestions?

    I think you want to use the New Event button in the Open Activity related list.  If the meeting has already occurred when they are entering it into Salesforce, then it will automatically move from the Open Activity related list to the Activity History related list.  Events are more meeting focused whereas Tasks are more to do items.
