Report Formula Help

See error below I'm receiving...I need the value to be in the form of a % which requires I multieply this formula x.5 but it's throwing me an error. How else can I write this?Report Formula Help

    Add a 0 before .5.  Salesforce would recognize 0.5 and not just .5. So it should be:

    * 0.5
