I have a report that looks like this:

Contact ID (3 records)

Event#123 | Touchbase Date1 | Touchbase Date2 | Total Sales | Total Attendees

Event#456 | Touchbase Date1 | Touchbase Date2 | Total Sales | Total Attendees

Event#789 | Touchbase Date1 | Touchbase Date2 | Total Sales | Total Attendees

For ALL contacts that teach classes.

What I'm trying to do is:

Take the average # of "touches" divded by the total # of events to get the average "touches". Many of the date fields are blank so I should only count those with values but it's also a DATE field, not a numeric field. How do I do this?

    You only need 1 IF.

    USE ONLY WHAT IS BETWEEN THE LINES:

    ================

    IF ( IsNull(Date_of_Touch_1__c), 0, 1)

    =================
0/9000
