How do I create this simple workflow?

Question

If field_a is True, then change field_b to True.   Both fields are checkboxes.  thanks!

Here you go:

Go to Setup | Create | Worklfows & Approvals | Workflow Rules
Click on New Rule
Select the Object
Click Next
Evaluation Criteria : created and every time it's edited [ 2nd Option ]
Rule Criteria : formula evaluates to true
Formula : AND( OR( ISNEW(), ISCHANGED( Field_A__c ) ), Field_A__c = TRUE )
Click Save & Next
From under Immediate Workflow Actions, click Add Worflow Action to select Field Update
Select the Field to Update : Field_B__c
Now from Specify New Field Value, select True
Click Save
Click Done
Click Activate

Yep. Both work. It just depends on if you want to do it as a filter or as a formula.
