In the Professional edition, I see that there is a pre-canned Report called "HTML Email Status Report" under the Accounts & Contacts report group. I have a user who has created a non-HTML, text-only email template and would like to be able to run a similar report for that email. The most important feature that he needs is the ability to see whether the recipient has opened the email. Does this report exist somewhere? If not, can I build it?
