I'm trying to add a Quota field for our sales team that can be included in Reports, but is private and viewable by Admin users only. I tried adding the custom field to the User Detail records, but our non-Admin users can view this.
Is there a way to make this field private?

Field Level Security is not available in PE. If you created a Custom Object then you could control who has Read access to the Object.
