Can I limit access to Professional Edition on mobile devices to certain users?

I would like to restrict SF access to only a number of our users who have mobile devices. How do I enable for some and disable for others in Professional?

Setup|Administration Setup|Mobile Administration|Salesforce Mobile

Users and devices.

Remove the Users, whom you wish not give access or who do not have Device Address.
