How/can I create a template for a grp of reoccuring tasks under multiple accts?

I need to create a template or object or related list that will have four columns and ten rows. Each column has a label: Task, Assigned To, Date Completed, Completed By. And each row has a different task listed.

 

I have been trying in different ways to create a template with these column labels and rows. However, I can't find any way to make the tasks reoccur in multiple accounts.

 

Is there any way to do this without just reentering these tasks under all 100 accounts I have?!

    Ahhhh....you'd be using Professional Edition.  You need to go this link.
