How do I get a custom Home Page component to be on all tabs?

I created a new Home Page component for a group of users.  I want this component to be within the task pane for ALL of the tabs within SF.com.  Is there a way to accomplish this?

    You have to add that component into all home page layouts being used in your org. 

     

    Click  Your Name  | Setup | Customize | Home | Home Page Layouts.

     

    Click Edit on Home page layout and select new component.
