In other words, whare do I go to select that campaign and send an email to all members within? thanks.

Hai jeff,
There is no functionality by default in salesforce to send emails to campaign members. I hope so.
if any body guided us in proper way i will appreciate their help.To achieve your functionality we need
to write Apex code for that.
