How do I create a distant related list?

I have a Customer Service Notes object beneath Account. Its related list appears on the Accounts page.   I also have a Case object beneath Account and its related list appears on the Accounts page.  What I wish oto achieve is to display the Customer Service Notes on the Case page as a related list.

 

Any help gratefully recieved.

    Thanks SteveMo, yes thats what I thought so I created a junction object but from the Cases side all I see in the related list is the junction object, no Tech Support Notes.  Have I created the junction  object incorrectly?
