I created a custom link using an s-control to display the case priority definitions and would like to display this in the edit view of the case page layout so that users can click on it when creating the case if they are unsure of what priority level to select. (Similar to how Salesforce has a link to a new window when creating a support case for them). I am unable to display the link on the edit page layout though.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
