How can I add a VF object to a Contact View?

I am using the nonprofit edition, with contacts and donations. There is a field on the contacts page, a VF object, that tallies up how much the lifetime donations have been of the contact and when the last one was. It looks like this:

 

How can I add a VF object to a Contact View?

 

My question is how to use this part when I am trying to create a new view or search of contacts. I want to be able to look up a list of all donors that gave $500 or more. How can I do this?

 

The Create New View doesn't allow this as a filter, and it doesn't show up when I try to run a report either.

    Oh, ok... so I'll probably have to switch to the one-to-one account model instead of the bucket model to use the Non-Profit field they have for that, instead of the Visual Force object. Thanks...
