Report if related list contains x and y

I have one object named parts requests with a child object named parts request lines.  What I'd like to report on is if a parts request has line items with x and y.  A report would be nice, but I could use force.com explorer too.

    Yeah, agreed, RUS will be the best non-code way to accomplish this. Let us know how it goes.
