OpenAPI 3.0 Specification (Pilot), can anybody pls share the steps how to use this feature?

For any Pilot feature you need to contact either your Salesforce AE or Partner Account Manager as appropriate and ask to be nominated for the pilot. You'll then need to sign a special agreement in relation to the Pilot program. Once in the Pilot you'll normally be invited to a private Chatter group with resources to help you use the feature.
