Issue with "Send List Email" based on a campaign in Lightning ? 

In Classic the "Mass Email Contacts" was available via a "Recipient Selection" screen that allowed to filter contacts from a campaign and to mix criteria. For instance Mail to Members of campaign X, whose member Status is "Not yet responded". which made easy to send a 2nd wave of invitations among campaign members. 

In lightning, it seems that it is not possible anymore to cross-filter campaign members and status.  except if you use Mass Email contact from a list-view.  But then, you are limited to 200 mails at a time. 

Using the list view to apply filters is therefore not realistic ; 200 per 200 would imply 25 operations to reach the 5000 mails / day

Did I miss something  ? Did some one find a workaround ?  ...  If not, I'm tired to still find regressions here an there about basic features years after LEX launching...  :-(
