#CampSuccess Looking at the Case Classification section of this guy (https://c1.sfdcstatic.com/content/dam/web/en_us/www/documents/datasheets/einstein-cheatsheet.pdf?d=cta-header-2), what is the difference between real time vs. non? Also what is a segment? I see unlimited has "non-real time; single-segment" and then the add on has "real time; up to five segments".

@Phil Moore Thanks for your answers. How does case classification work in terms of categorization of cases? Does it have prebuilt models like opportunity scoring or do we need to provide the fields and have it learn on an ongoing basis?
