I send lots of emails on cases. Does the new app make this more efficient? Specifically, can you simplify the editor interface, especially the formatting toolbar? The toolbar here in the Trailblazer Community is much more manageable. #LightningLounge

While we're talking about Essentials and delayed access, a related question… I recall that Essentials licenses wouldn't have access to Lightning on Mobile in Summer '20 when that feature was added for other editions. Will the full Lightning Experience come to users like me in Winter '21? If not, where is it on the roadmap?
