Hi all,

I ask you a hand on a problem of sharing the Order records.

Orders are set as PRIVATE.

On Orders I have a COMPANY field (picklist).

On OrderProduct object I have the BusinessUnit field (picklist).

I would like to share with other users ONLY the Order record where COMPANY = A & there is at least one OrderProduct record with BusinessUnit = X related to that Order.

How do you think I can do it?

I thought of doing this:

- create a count rollUp field on Order that counts the OrderProduct number with BusinessUnit = X

- then create a Sharing Rule with COMPANY = A & rollUp> 1

But it seems to me that SharingRules cannot be created on RollUp fields.

Anyone have any bright ideas to fix it?
