Assign a Data Category to a Knowledge Article in Flow?

Use Case: I'm working on automating a process that takes two actions from a record: 1) publishes a Knowledge Article using content from the record and makes that article visible in a customer community and 2) posts to a community Chatter group with a link to the article.

Pretty straightforward stuff until I hit the requirement to assign a Data Category to the article. I need that Data Category as it is mapped to a Community Topic where the article will be visible. Any ideas?
