Hi everyone, this is my first time posting here so please forgive any mistakes.

We have Field Service Lightning and I am trying to run optimization.  We have an optimization user, but it is not active.  When I try to activate it per the instructions listed here (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pfs_activate_optimizer.htm&type=5), it prompts me to purchase an additional license.  

It is my understanding that anyone with a Dispatch license would be able to optimize the schedule.  Has anyone run into this before?
